Water was pooling on the patio. We laser-graded the yard during excavation, ran drain pipe to a river-rock creek bed edged with boulders, bored a pipe under the concrete parking area to a swale at the property line, then installed underground and drip irrigation, pavestone and new sod. About one week from start to finish.

A backyard built from the ground up: layered tropical plantings, a flagstone pathway and clean edging, then AMP lighting with uplights on the crape myrtles and brick wall and path lights along the flagstone.
